My next flick to watch hehe

Where the Light Is: John Mayer Live in Los Angeles, commonly referred to as Where the Light Is, is a live album and concert film by American blues-rock musician John Mayer. Released on July 1, 2008, the album documents Mayer's performance at the L.A. Live Nokia Theatre, Los Angeles, California on December 8, 2007, during the promotional tour for his 2006 third studio album Continuum.

Blur: No Distance Left To Run

“No Distance Left to Run” is a feature length rockumentary that follows the band throughout their summer tour. It was the first time in years that Blur rejoined forces to play together — and you can bet enough happened in between that time to fill up notebooks worth of song lyrics.

However, the movie also focuses on their successful, yet rocky past as brothers; brothers in the sense of their bond as opposed to their blood. You see, the band members all have sisters but no biological brothers. The film starts off with Blur explaining how close they are. But they’re also distant to each other in a way only brothers can be.

Blur fans will be happy to know the movie doesn’t go more than five or 10 minutes without some music. This makes perfect sense judging by the number of hits Blur produced between the late ‘80s and early 2000’s.

The documentary also features exclusive interviews with all four band members along with unseen archival material. Directors Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace don’t shy away from asking lead singer Damon Albarn and the band about his highly publicized romance and brake-up with singer Justine Frischmann, the complicated dynamics between Albarn and Blur guitarist Graham Coxon and of course, their chart battles with Oasis.

A very nice jagged rhythms by Sting

Title: Seven Days
Artist: Sting
Album: Ten Summoner's Tales
Year: 1993

"Seven Days" was all she wrote
A kind of ultimatum note
She gave to me, she gave to me
When I thought the field had cleared
It seems another suit appeared
To challenge me, woe is me
Though I hate to make a choice
My options are decreasing mostly rapidly
Well we'll see
I don't think she'd bluff this time
I really have to make her mine
It's plain to see
It's him or me

Monday, I could wait till Tuesday
If I make up my mind
Wednesday would be fine, Thursday's on my mind
Friday'd give me time, Saturday could wait
But Sunday'd be too late

The fact that he's six feet ten
Might instill fear in other men
But not in me, The Mighty Flea (flee?)
Ask if I am mouse or man
The mirror squeaked, away I ran
He'll murder me in time for his tea
Does it bother me at all
My rival is Neanderthal, it makes me think
Perhaps I need a drink
IQ is no problem here
We won't be playing Scrabble for her hand I fear
I need that beer

Monday, I could wait till Tuesday
If I make up my mind
Wednesday would be fine, Thursday's on my mind
Friday'd give me time, Saturday could wait
But Sunday'd be too late

Seven days will quickly go
The fact remains, I love her so
Seven days, so many ways
But I can't run away

Monday, I could wait till Tuesday
If I make up my mind
Wednesday would be fine, Thursday's on my mind
Friday'd give me time, Saturday could wait
But Sunday'd be too late

"Panggap" moment and a blessful night at 70's bistro [August 28, 2010]

Maraming nangyari kagabi sa 70's bistro.

1. "Lagpas"
Salamat at nkarating din.

2. "Panggapness"

3. "Blessful"
Isang malaking opportunity at pasasalamat..

"Keep it up" -Rico Blanco [August 26, 2010]

Salamat! Sobrang saya din ng banda nung nalaman na nanuod pala si Rico Blanco sa aming set, at sya mismo ang nag ayos ng mix namin at may matching picture2x pa with sir Rico after ng set. Wow! sobrang thank you sir Rico Blanco! and to end my night, Pinasalamatan ko si Sir Rico, and he tapped me and said "Keep it up.." kahit ganun lang ka simple, its very encouranging for me, considering a famous and genius musician would take his time to watch us (kahit last band kami and its almost 2am) and helped us tweaking the mix to make our sound better.
